The project was about renovating a 200m2 semi - complete private house, located within a housing development in the outskirts of Thessaloniki. After discussing the living requirements of the new owner two separate living spaces were created within the ground floor level

The dining area and living space’s functional needs are accommodated through custom made timber and steel frame furniture that also serve as space dividers and give an industrial aesthetic to its interior. A new glass floor was designed to permanently isolate the basement from the rest of the house.

Lighting is discreet, adding intensity to the space at night with the use of accent lighting and design items that complement and give a characteristic appearance to the new interior.
